Margaret-Ann Ashburn, a Realtor with CARTER REALTORS, has received the prestigious Top Agent Award from Homesnap, Inc. Each year the company evaluates the performance of over one million Homesnap Pro agents and selects the top 25% based on productivity and customer satisfaction. This is the second year Ashburn has been selected.
Margaret-Ann Ashburn and her husband Tom have been active full-time Realtors in Columbia since 1984. They have sold hundreds of homes in the Columbia area and have won many awards for sales production as well as excellent service. They are Life Members of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Million Dollar Club and Circle of Excellence. They hold several professional designations including Accredited Buyer Specialist, Accredited Seller Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
