Cason Development Group adds Director of Construction

Sam Williams has joined Cason Development Group as Director of Construction. Williams will oversee construction related to redevelopment projects and new construction for Cason Development Group.

Williams has 14 years in construction management in both high-end residential and commercial construction across South Carolina, mostly in historical renovations, retail, healthcare, and K-12 projects. Projects he has been involved with include Lexington Women’s Care Sandhills, multiple schools in Lexington School District One, the Kiawah River Swim Club and Outfitter Shop, and the renovation of a historic 1840’s warehouse for the Charleston Visitor Center.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to add value to a Cason Development team that is working hard to leave a positive mark on our community through a wide array of projects,” Williams said.

A native of Columbia, Williams attended Clemson University where he earned a degree in business management.  He is actively involved as a deacon and volunteer in the student ministry at Shandon Baptist Church and has served as an IPTAY Representative since 2008. During his personal time, Williams cheers on his Clemson Tigers and enjoys playing golf.  Williams is married and has four young children.
