CBRE arranges sale of 34 acres in the Shop Grove Commerce Park

COLUMBIA, SC CBRE is pleased to announce the recent sale of 34 acres at Shop Grove Road in Columbia, South Carolina. The development site is part of the Shop Grove Commerce Park and sold for $1,125,000. The remaining 50 acres available in the industrial park are some of the last remaining land development opportunities that are entitled for industrial use in the City of Columbia.   

TMC Transportation, an employee owned logistics company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, purchased the property to accommodate the future growth of their Midlands’ operations. TMC Transportation currently has two other locations in Lexington County.
