COLUMBIA, SC – CBRE|Columbia is pleased announce that Halco Lubricants will be opening their first South Carolina location at 712 Frink Street in Cayce, South Carolina. Halco Lubricants distributes lubricants to the automotive, heavy duty, commercial and industrial markets. They are headquartered in Norcross, Georgia with an additional location in Augusta, Georgia. They will occupy 19,500 square feet beginning in June of 2014.
After extensive, market-wide search, Halco selected Cayce to locate. “The City of Cayce has been a good partner to collaborate to bring Halco to our market coupled with a facility that was an excellent fit,” said Beverly Frost, Broker Associate at CBRE/Columbia who represented Halco in the transaction.
