CBRE’s Jessica Rhoton promoted promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager

GREENVILLE, SC – CBRE announced that Jessica Rhoton has been promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager within the Asset Services division. She serves at the Landmark building in downtown Greenville as part of the onsite property management team. Rhoton leverages her experience and tenant insight to enhance the value and day-to-day operations of the property on behalf of its owner and tenants.

Rhoton joined the CBRE Asset Services team in 2013 and supports all tasks related to managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including marketing, operations and financial activities.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Rhoton moved to Charleston in 2003 where she worked for Seabrook Island Real Estate for almost a decade. Her husband, Chris Rhoton, is active duty Air Force and was stationed at Joint Base Charleston. Since moving to the Upstate in 2013, she has become active with the American Lung Association, Red Shoe Society and Pulse, Greenville Chamber’s Young Professional Organization.
