Cely Construction begins construction of Downtown Greenville’s One City Plaza

GREENVILLE, SC – Cely Construction is proud to announce commencement of a unique project in downtown Greenville. We are constructing a public restroom facility at One City Plaza. The facility will be located adjacent to the Richardson Street parking garage and behind Sassafras Southern Bistro and the Mast General Store. The restrooms have been a much needed amenity with all of the heavy foot traffic the Plaza upgrades and festivals have brought to downtown. The project will be managed by Mr. Justin Martin, Project Manager with Cely Construction and will be overseen by Mr. Warren Rowe with the City of Greenville. The facility was designed by Ms. Cary Perkins with McMillan Pazdan Smith, Architects.
