Cely Construction contracted to turn Smokin’ Blues BBQ Food Truck into a brick and mortar restaurant

Cely Construction Company Inc. announced that they have been selected by Smokin’ Blues BBQ to provide construction services for their Greenville, SC location on 1312 Stallings Road.

This delectable food truck is now opening a brick and mortar restaurant. As a family owned business, they believe in being the best at everything they do, especially in regards to authentic pit smoked BBQ. They take pride in developing praiseworthy recipes such as always-fresh, slow-smoked barbecues (ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled chicken) and many other offerings such as ultimate pork, chicken tender tacos, sandwiches, loaded fries, homemade chips, southern homemade macaroni & cheese, Mom’s sweet potato souffle, etc. Their sauces are their own unique recipes including mustard-based, tomato-based, and white barbecue sauces, along with sweet heat, H2 (hot as heck) and Chombo sauce.
