Cely Construction is awarded GSP International Airport tenant improvement project

General Contracting firm, Cely Construction Company, Inc. is performing a tenant improvement upfit project in the Hangar 2 Building (formerly occupied by Stevens Aviation) at the GSP International Airport. This hangar will serve as an office and maintenance facility for the new tenant. Cely will be constructing approximately 20,000 SF of new offices and work space inside the existing building, installing a new LULA Elevator and stairwell, as well as painting the exterior shell of the building and making several exterior site improvements. Construction began Monday, January 9th 2017. The fast paced job is scheduled for a 120 day duration.
