Chad Dowden joins the Pelham Road office of C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS

Dowden is a father of four boys and married to his beautiful wife, Amy. They have one granddaughter and have lived in Greer since 2000. Dowden was a realtor from 2003 to 2008 and is also a licensed contractor with his own landscaping company. He attends Brushy Creek Baptist Church.
