Chapin Commercial Construction announces construction of Diablo’s Southwest Grill in Lexington, SC

Chapin Commercial Construction, headquartered in Chapin, SC, announced Thursday that they have begun construction on a Diablo’s Southwest Grill located at 5541 Sunset Boulevard, Suite B, Lexington, SC.

This project will include the complete interior demolition and renovation of an existing retail space to the house the restaurant which boasts a Southwest flair featuring reclaimed hardwood and brick accent walls. In addition to the indoor seating area, the restaurant will also feature a large patio for exterior seating. “We appreciate the opportunity to construct this new restaurant and assist in bringing the rapidly expanding Diablo’s franchise to the Midland’s area”, said Chad Lindler, President of Chapin Commercial Construction.
