Charleston Allergy and Asthma refreshes practice with new brand and website

March 30, 2022

Charleston Allergy and Asthma, a Lowcountry leader in allergy relief, has announced several changes as part of its brand refresh initiative. The practice, which is locally owned and operated by its team of board-certified allergists, has been serving the community for more than 30 years. The practice recently launched an updated brand logo along with an all-new website to commemorate its continued positive impact on the lives of patients throughout the Lowcountry.

Charleston Allergy and Asthma is a trusted provider for the treatment of allergy and asthma for residents throughout Lowcountry communities, featuring locations in Mount Pleasant, Summerville and West Ashley. The recent brand refresh celebrates the longevity of the practice and its service to Lowcountry residents, while also positioning the practice for its continued growth to meet expanding patient needs.

“I think I can speak for our entire team when I say how proud I am of the journey this practice has had so far,” says Dr. Bruce Ball. “Charleston Allergy and Asthma has become a resource for our community, and we are always looking for ways to improve that allow us to best serve our Lowcountry patients.”

The new web experience was developed from the ground up as a tool for new and returning patients, featuring an online Patient Portal that allows patients to access medical records, make online payments, schedule appointments and more. Each decision made throughout the website development process was designed with patients in mind, showcasing how Charleston Allergy and Asthma’s team is here for friends and neighbors throughout the community in need of allergy relief.

As the Lowcountry’s certified pollen count center, Charleston Allergy and Asthma continues to provide allergy sufferers invaluable support heading into the spring and summer by reporting daily pollen counts directly from their practice. In fact, the practice’s team gathers pollen samples and reads the pollen count each day, so Lowcountry residents are aware of how the day-to-day count impacts their allergy symptoms. These local pollen readings can be viewed with the pollen meter featured on the new website.

“In all that we do, we strive to make our patients our top priority,” says Dr. Meredith Moore. “I’m thrilled to see how this new look and experience can help impact the lives of our clients and our community!”

Charleston Allergy and Asthma partnered with local Mount Pleasant-based marketing agency Trio Solutions Inc. (TRIO) to create its refreshed brand identity and website.
