Charleston-area elected officials and leaders endorse James Smith
November 14, 2017A group of leading elected officials and community leadersĀ from across the Charleston area today endorsed James Smith’s candidacy for Governor.
“I am humbled to receive the support of these dedicated South Carolinians who have worked tirelessly to make Charleston and the Lowcountry better places,” James Smith said, accepting their endorsements.
“These leaders have worked with Democrats, Independents and Republicans to make real change in their community and our state. I look forward to building on their work as we look to increase economic development opportunities, access to a quality education, and restore integrity to our energy policies all across South Carolina.”
