Charleston County Assessor’s Office relocates to Bridge View Drive

The Charleston County Assessor’s Office has relocated to 4050 Bridge View Drive, Suite 100. The office is open at its new location from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Assessor’s Office is responsible for identifying, listing and valuing property for tax purposes. The office also processes legal residence and other partial exemption applications and maintains accurate, up-to-date property records.
