Charleston Metro Chamber’s Regional Housing Coalition hosts Attainable Housing Summit

September 12, 2023

The Charleston Metro Chamber is pleased to announce the Attainable Housing Summit 2023.

The inaugural Attainable Housing Summit aims to bring together elected officials, members of the community and both public/private sector developers to learn from successful housing initiatives in other areas of South Carolina.

Organizations from both Greenville and Spartanburg have traversed the challenges and focused the work of local government with private and public sector organizations to produce solutions to the continuously mounting issue of attainable housing.

During the half-day conference, speakers from Homes for Hope, One Spartanburg Inc. and resources local to the Charleston region will share the innovative solutions they are successfully utilizing to source attainable and workforce housing.

Join us on Tuesday, September 12, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, as the Regional Housing Coalition and the Chamber focus on taking the next steps in finding a variety of solutions to an ever-evolving challenge.

Attainable Housing Summit is made possible by Presenting Sponsor, Truist, and Housing Champion Sponsors, HLA, Inc., Rainbow Row Real Estate, Town of Mt. Pleasant, Impact Change, the City of Goose Creek, Home Telecom, Metanoia and the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS.
