Charleston Promise Neighborhood welcomes Katie Hyslop as new Director of Development and Marketing

Charleston Promise Neighborhood (CPN) has announced the appointment of Katie Hyslop as its new Director of Development and Marketing.
Hyslop brings nearly a decade of experience in strategy consulting, leadership, and event management, along with a strong commitment to expanding opportunities for children and families in the Charleston community.
As founder and managing partner of The Randolph Company, Hyslop helped organizations translate creative ideas into measurable results, build sustainable systems, and strengthen their visibility. She has also led several community initiatives, including serving as chair of the Steeplechase of Charleston Charity Gala and directing the College of Charleston MBA Mentor Program.
“I believe every child deserves the resources, opportunities, and support to reach their fullest potential,” Hyslop said. “I’m thrilled to advance the mission of Charleston Promise Neighborhood through strategy, relationship-building, and fundraising.”
Outside of her professional work, Hyslop enjoys exploring design, immersing herself in music, and spending time adventuring with her daughter.
