Charleston Southern University Named to Military Friendly List
November 5, 2014CHARLESTON, SC – Military Advanced Education (MAE) has selected Charleston Southern University as a top military friendly school and has included CSU on its 2015 MAE Guide to Colleges & Universities list.
“CSU is military and veteran friendly because the faculty and staff value our unique point of view and seek to educate other students on the realities of serving as well as the military lifestyle,” said Matthew Morgan, an Army reservist and criminal justice major at CSU. “The benefits of programs for military service cannot be beat. The professors are very understanding about the requirements of continued service through the Reserves or National Guard as well as the unique position of students who are still dealing with the effects of the previous decade of war.”
Military Advanced Education was the first publication to produce a military friendly list.
“We use an easy-to-read graphic presentation in the form of bar charts, which will enable our readers to compare and contrast schools to find the best match for their needs,” said Kelly Fodel, editor, Military Advanced Education.
