Chicken Salad Chick’s Second Columbia Location to Open Today

COLUMBIA, SC – Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s newest, fast-casual restaurant concept, is opening its new franchise location in Columbia today. The new restaurant is located at 252-Z Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212.
“We are so excited to continue expanding the Chicken Salad Chick community throughout the Carolinas,” said Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. “It has been such a blessing to see our brand grow as we move farther away from our original location in Auburn, AL.”
Owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of SingBev Hospitality, LLC, wanted to bring a second restaurant to Columbia following on the heels of their successful franchise launch in Lexington in October 2013. “Opening another location in South Carolina is very exciting for us, as this is the 3rd of 20+ locations we’ll be bringing to the Carolinas,” said owners Julie and Michelle. SingBev Hospitality, LLC also owns a location in Greenville, SC. “The excitement from our fans in the area has been wonderful and we’re happy to open our doors this morning!”
