Chocolate Smoothie (No Sugar)

This no sugar smoothie is smooth and creamy.
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 small frozen banana (ripe)
- 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Add a bit extra milk if too thick.
Makes 1.
