Chocolate Smoothie (No Sugar)

Chocolate banana smoothieThis no sugar smoothie is smooth and creamy.

 

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 small frozen banana (ripe)
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds

 

Directions:

 

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Add a bit extra milk if too thick.

Makes 1.
