Citrus Green Smoothie

Sore Throat? Low Energy? Try this fresh tasting Citrus Green Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 1 large handful green grapes
- 1 small orange, peeled
- 1 tsp. Flax Seed
- 1 tsp honey (optional) to help soothe sore throat
Directions:
Blend together until smooth.
