Sore Throat? Low Energy? Try this fresh tasting Citrus Green Smoothie.

 

 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 large handful baby spinach
  • 1 large handful green grapes
  • 1 small orange, peeled
  • 1 tsp. Flax Seed
  • 1 tsp honey (optional) to help soothe sore throat

 

Directions:

Blend together until smooth.
