City Community Development to host homebuyer workshop – February 10

The City of Columbia Community Development Department will host a Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Earlewood Park, located at 1111 Parkside Dr., from 9 AM – 1 PM.
The Homebuyer Workshop is a 4 hour session. During the workshop participants will gain knowledge about the home buying process, and how to develop the skills needed to tackle money management, barriers to credit and getting a mortgage loan.
A certificate will be given to each participant for completing the 4 hour session and a drawing will be held for a participant to win a Walmart gift card. Light refreshments will be served.
