City of Clinton Assists Residents with Spring Cleaning

The City of Clinton is helping residents with their spring cleaning efforts by providing two dumpsters for convenient disposal of unwanted items. The dumpsters have been available since March 26, 2025, and will remain in place throughout the spring season.

Residents can find the dumpsters at the following locations:

• Martha Dendy Park at 301 North Bell Street.

• Lydia Mill – Behind the United Way Community Garden on Oak Street & Peachtree Street.

While the dumpsters are a great resource for clearing out clutter, certain items are not allowed. Prohibited items include:

• Tires

• Motor Oil

• Treated Lumber

• Crossties

• Mattresses

• Box Springs

• Appliances
