City of Clinton Now Taking Applications for Annual Rhythm on the Rails Festival

It’s almost time for the annual Rhythm on the Rails Festival in Clinton and preparations are underway for this favorite community event.

The festival is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, September 22 and 23.
