City of Clinton Seeking Applicants for Design Review Board

The City of Clinton Planning Department is now accepting applications for openings on the Design Review Board. Applications are available at the M.S. Bailey Municipal Center, located at 211 North Broad Street, Suite A, Clinton, SC, as well as online at www.cityofclintonsc.com.
The Design Review Board plays a vital role in preserving and enhancing the architectural character of Clinton. The board is responsible for implementing the City of Clinton’s Design Review Ordinance and reviews proposals for signs, exterior colors, new construction, façade changes, and demolitions within the historic district. By serving on the board, members help protect the unique appearance and historic integrity of the community.
The Design Review Board meets on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise specified. Individuals interested in contributing their time and expertise to this important civic role are encouraged to apply.
