The City of Columbia urges customers to exercise caution and avoid using the unauthorized third-party bill payment platform, doxo.com. This website is not an approved vendor, partner, or affiliate of the City of Columbia.
The City has no control over when payments for Columbia Water and parking services are received from doxo.com. As a result, customers may experience delays that could lead to late fees or even disconnection of water due to nonpayment.
