City of Columbia launches new online meeting management system

The City of Columbia has launched a new online meeting management system designed to improve access, transparency, and communication for City meetings.
The new meeting portal is available at: https://columbiasc.portal.
Moving forward, all City meeting agendas, minutes, and meeting videos will be posted exclusively on this new platform. This system will serve as the central location for residents and stakeholders to stay informed about City Council and committee meetings.
To receive notifications when agendas are posted or meetings are updated, users will need to register for alerts on the new site. Registration allows users to customize notifications for specific boards, committees, or meetings of interest.
Members of the public are encouraged to visit the new portal and register to ensure they continue receiving timely updates about upcoming meetings.
