Clinton completes sweep of Cambridge Academy

The Lady Red Devils made the trip to Greenwood Wednesday night to face off with Cambridge Academy for the 2nd time in two weeks. Just like the first match this one came down the wire and was decided by 1 goal.
Clinton took home the 4-3 victory with a hat trick from Freshman Lauren Wargo and Freshman Morgan Benson supplying the other score. Clinton closed out the 1st half with a score of 3-0 but Cambridge made the game interesting in the 2nd half by posting 3 of their own.
Lauren Wargo took home attacking player of the game honors and Senior Ella Cooper took home the defensive honors.
