Coastal Structures pledges support at local benefit, sponsors 2017 Smith Medical Clinic Annual Gala

Continuing this philosophy of giving back, the company will be featured as a Platinum Sponsor at the 2017 Smith Medical Clinic Annual Gala at Frank’s Outback in Pawleys Island on Sunday, April 23. Proceeds raised at the event will benefit patient care in the local community.
Smith Medical Clinic (SMC) provides free-of-charge medical care to residents of Georgetown County who do not have insurance and cannot afford to pay for medical care. Those attending the gala will help SMC volunteers provide much-needed care for countless neighbors in need.
