March 24, 2025Laurens County residents gathered for a well-attended Coffee with a Cop event, hosted by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and the Laurens Police Department (LPD) on Friday, March 21, at Whiteford’s of Laurens. The community-focused morning offered a relaxed and informal setting for residents to engage with local deputies and officers over a cup of coffee.
The event drew a strong turnout, with many citizens stopping by to enjoy conversations with law enforcement and share ideas, concerns, and appreciation. Officers and community members alike valued the opportunity to connect on a personal level and strengthen relationships.
“We were pleased with the great turnout and truly enjoyed the many conversations we had with members of the community,” said Courtney Snow, Public Information Officer. “It’s always meaningful to spend time engaging with those we serve.”
