Coffee with a Cop: Conversation Over Coffee

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office and the Laurens Police Department invite the community to join them for Coffee with a Cop on Friday, October 10, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at Whiteford’s of Laurens, 212 Hillcrest Drive.

This casual community event, hosted and sponsored by Whiteford’s of Laurens, offers residents a chance to connect directly with local deputies and officers in a friendly, relaxed setting.

Unlike traditional meetings, Coffee with a Cop has no speeches or set agenda—just the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, or simply say hello over a cup of coffee. It’s all about building relationships and fostering open dialogue between law enforcement and the community they serve.

The Sheriff’s Office and Police Department expressed appreciation to Whiteford’s for their continued support in making this event possible.

Neighbors are encouraged to drop by, enjoy a free cup of coffee, and get to know the men and women who work to keep Laurens safe.
