Cohesive Leadership Series teaches teams to thrive

September 26, 2023

Cohesion Culture™ is excited to announce the launch of its new Cohesive Leadership Workshop Series. As an extension of the Cohesion Culture™ Course, these interactive, cohesion-infused, 120-minute workshops provide emerging and seasoned leaders with practical advice and Culture Cheat Codes, a.k.a. best practices that translate to immediate application and success.

  • Conflict Resolution (10/5/23): Engage in a proven method that promotes communication through self-discovery by learning the power of asking open-ended non-leading questions.

  • Collaboration (11/2/23): Experience collaboration through a hands-on, interactive activity.

  • Creative Thinking (12/7/23): Find out what bear, honey, and telephone polls have to do with expanding the creative aspects of one’s thought process. Experientially learn how failure is not fatal, and success is oftentimes more trial than error.

Participants learn how to resolve conflicts using the S.E.E.D. formula, a proven method of engaging in self-discovery. They will gain access to cheat codes that stimulate collaboration and goal success and challenge one’s thought process to explore the benefits of double-loop thinking.

The workshops, limited to twelve per session, will be led by experienced facilitators who will use various interactive learning methods, including case studies, role-playing, and group discussions.

As a continual learner, Cohesion Culture has encouraged thought provoking leadership in the workplace. As a leader, it is important to understand where you are starting from to know where you are going. Cohesion Culture allowed me to look inward and has allowed me to develop new strategies to incorporate with my team. I thank Dr. Troy Hall, Ben-Jamin Toy, and Karmen Zabron for giving me the gift of reimagining my leadership,” she stated.
