Josh Land has been officially named as the Director of Operations at Cohn Construction, emphasizing his focus on operational excellence and team leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience in project management and engineering, Josh’s expertise spans industrial, commercial, and manufacturing construction. Since joining Cohn Construction in 2017, he has played a critical role in leading diverse projects from estimating through completion, ensuring exceptional outcomes and strengthening customer relationships. His extensive involvement across every stage of the design-build process has made him an effective and trusted leader

In his new role as Director of Operations, Josh will continue to oversee day-to-day project execution while ensuring that Cohn Construction’s Field and Project Management teams have the tools, processes, and support they need to deliver excellence. He will also continue to lead Cohn Construction’s Quality Program.
