Cohn Construction breaks ground on a new 20,060 SF flex industrial building along I-20

Cohn Construction has officially broken ground on a new 20,060 SF flex industrial building off of I-20 in Northeast Columbia.

In partnership with Walker Development and Trinity Partners, the multi-tenant facility at 181 Newland Road will offer modern industrial space for businesses seeking prime leasing opportunities. The speculative footprint features suites ranging from 5,000 SF to 10,000 SF with office space that can be customized to fit tenants needs. With a large truck court designed for efficient logistics and operations, the building is clear span construction with a 22-foot eave height, and covered loading dock and drive-in positions.
