Cohn Construction completes campus transformation for Mungo Homes

Cohn Construction has completed the campus expansion and renovations for Mungo Homes at 441 Western Lane in Irmo.
The campus expansion, completed in the Fall of 2024, included the construction of a new two-story, 20,250 SF headquarters. The building features a two-story atrium with custom glass railings and has a modern workflow that allows for a collaborative work environment.
The renovations included converting an existing 10,190 SF office building into a Training and Fitness Center complete with two large training rooms, a fitness facility, and a catering kitchen which opens up to an outdoor patio space. An exterior update to the existing 18,000 SF office building and a parking lot expansion completed the campus transformation.
