Cohn Construction completes fourth facility for The Pete Store

Cohn Construction has completed the renovation of the 30,000 SF facility for The Pete Store, a Peterbilt dealership, in Asheville, North Carolina. This project marks the fourth project between Cohn Construction and The Pete Store, a Greer, SC-based company.
The renovated facility features 12 truck service bays, each equipped with compressed air, natural gas, and oil systems. The 12,150 SF office and sales area includes a driver’s lounge and retail space, while the 5,700 SF parts storage area is protected with in-rack sprinklers for enhanced safety and efficiency.
