Cohn Construction has completed the renovation of the new headquarters for Yip Premier Real Estate, located in Columbia’s Cottontown/Bellevue Historic District.
The existing building has been transformed into a modern office space designed to support Yip Premier Real Estate’s growing operations. The interior features heated floors throughout and sliding glass partition systems that allow the conference rooms to open into the main workspace, creating a flexible environment for meetings and collaboration.
