Coldwell Banker Caine adds two new agents in Greenville

January 13, 2026

Coldwell Banker Caine welcomed Beth Dill and Walter Horin as real estate agents in its Greenville office.

Beth Dill

Beth Dill has called the Upstate home for more than 25 years and brings a listening-first, guidance-driven approach to real estate. Her background in sales, recruiting, and management is rooted in helping people navigate important decisions and detailed processes—experience that translates naturally into guiding clients through the buying and selling journey with organization, responsiveness, and care.

Walter Horin brings eight years of residential and commercial real estate experience and more than two decades in contracting and construction to his work with clients. A U.S. Army veteran and West Point graduate, he pairs disciplined preparation with practical insight to guide buyers and sellers through complex transactions with confidence. His background as Broker-in-Charge at a boutique real estate firm and his construction expertise help him evaluate property condition and long-term value while keeping the process clear and well managed.

“Both of these agents add something important to our Greenville office,” said Amanda Hamet, President of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Beth’s long-standing connection to the Upstate and Walter’s breadth of experience and leadership strengthen the way we serve clients in this market. They reflect the professionalism and care we strive to deliver at Coldwell Banker Caine.”

“I’m excited for our clients to have the opportunity to work with each of these agents,” said Lauren Buckland, Executive Vice President of Sales and Broker-in-Charge at Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office. “They’re prepared, communicative, and focused on keeping the process organized and clear, which fits perfectly with the standard we set for our Greenville team.”

Dill also invests in the community through her yoga instruction and her passion for helping people care for themselves so they can show up fully for their lives and families—an outlook she carries into her real estate work as well. As a proud resident of the Upstate for more than a decade, Horin stays active in the community through his four children’s school and sports activities, First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, and volunteering with Meals on Wheels.
