Coldwell Banker Caine closes on new office to support Upstate’s growing lakes real estate market

Coldwell Banker Caine announced it will open a new gallery office in the heart of the Lake Keowee community. Citing Coldwell Banker Caine’s long history serving this community’s real estate needs, as well as general growth and demand for real estate in the Upstate, Vice President of Sales and Broker-in-Charge of the Greenville Office Lauren Buckland says the expansion is a natural and strategic move for the company.

The gallery office will be located at 1429 Crowe Creek Rd. in Six Mile and will be open and operational by the end of this year. While Coldwell Banker Caine’s main offices remain in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson, this storefront space will serve as a satellite office, allowing brokers and clients focused on Lakes Keowee, Jocassee, and Hartwell better proximity to a physical office.
