Coldwell Banker Caine opens Pelham Road real estate gallery

GREENVILLE, SC – Coldwell Banker Caine hosted its Grand Opening celebrations for its newest real estate gallery on Pelham Road. The ribbon cutting ceremony was officiated by Coldwell Banker Caine Chairman Brad Halter and CEO Stephen Edgerton, with special guest Greenville Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Economic Competitiveness Hank Hyatt, earlier this morning. The Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Coldwell Banker Caine staff and agents, and community friends were in attendance to welcome the company to its newest home at 3608-B Pelham Road in Greenville.
During his remarks, Chairman Halter expressed his excitement for the opening of the fifth real estate gallery in the Upstate, as a part of Coldwell Banker Caine’s vision to create spaces that serve as a virtual office and a community space. Since beginning this endeavor, Halter said Coldwell Banker Caine has been recognized regionally and nationally for this concept. CEO Edgerton also spoke on the success of the Coldwell Banker Caine Real Estate Galleries in the Upstate.
“This office is not just a space,” Edgerton said. “You cannot open a new kind of office and expect it to work immediately. We asked our agents to change the way they work because we all know real estate does not get done in the office. It gets done in the community.”
Coldwell Banker Caine’s Real Estate Galleries provide a convenient and state-of-the-art space for sales associates, staff, and clients to use as an office and community information center. Expanding Coldwell Banker Caine’s strategy to better facilitate real estate operations, the Pelham Road Real Estate Gallery offers agents the technology and flexibility they need to conduct business in an inviting space with stylish interior design features.
The gallery was built and designed in collaboration with Creative Builders and Amy Emery Designs. The sleek and modern space features multiple conference rooms and sitting areas, with private office spaces to accommodate agent and client meetings of all kinds. A fully functional, high-tech kitchen offers accessories that make it easy to entertain in or enjoy the space. In addition, special events are often hosted in the gallery for staff and clients.
The new Pelham Road gallery joins the Butler Road, Easley-Old Market Square, Greenville Main Street and Greer-Trade Street Real Estate Galleries. The Pelham Road Real Estate Gallery will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
