Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Sammy Dubose recognized as the 2018 Caine Halter Commercial Realtor® of the Year

Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Sammy Dubose was recently recognized as the 2018 Caine Halter Commercial Realtor® of the Year. The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors® annually recognizes one Commercial Realtor® in the Greenville area based on their commitment to their profession and community.
The award has existed since 1990, but in 2007 the name changed to honor the late Caine Halter, who was a staple in the real estate community as President and Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.
Sammy, who has been with Coldwell Banker Caine for 31 years, is a dedicated real estate professional and Greenville citizen. A Graduate of the University of South Carolina, Sammy is a past board member of the Caine Halter Family YMCA and the Coastal Conservation Association. He is a current board member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and also sits as the Commercial Steering Committee Chair.
Along with his extensive list of civic duty, Sammy is known for his friendly disposition and good character. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys exercising at the YMCA.
