Partnership Strengthens Real Estate Service Offerings for Spartanburg Businesses

SPARTANBURG, SC – Jan 21, 2011Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and Longleaf Development announced today that the two companies have formed a partnership that will provide more robust commercial real estate services for businesses in the Upstate and strengthen Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and Longleaf Development’s position in the market.

John Bauknight, co-founder of Longleaf Holdings, USA, will continue to serve in his role with Longleaf Development. Tim Satterfield, will now serve as vice president and broker in charge for Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Spartanburg.

Jack Newton, who is retiring after 55 years of providing exceptional real estate services to the Spartanburg community, endorsed the new partnership.  Representatives from Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Longleaf Holdings, USA, and the Spartanburg business community celebrated the partnership news today at a retirement party held at the Piedmont Club for Newton and colleague Brenda Kasch.
