GREENVILLE, SC – July 26, 2011 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine welcomes Kay Gilreath as a new commercial associate to the Greenville office.
A Greenville native, Gilreath previously worked as a research analyst for the Carolinas at Jones Lang LaSalle and has experience working in economic development for the City of Charlotte. In the past she also worked for Duke Energy, Johnson & Johnson, and the Kayon Corporation. Gilreath holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and an MBA with a real estate development & finance concentration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In her free time, Gilreath enjoys cooking, reading, and spoiling her two French bulldogs. She is also member of Christ Church Episcopal in Greenville.
