COLUMBIA, SC – March 26, 2009 – Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® is pleased to now announce the launch of a commercial division, in addition to its residential real estate services. Chip Huggins is serving as Commercial Division Manager. Along with his commercial responsibilities, Chip will still serve District 85 in the South Carolina House of Representatives, as he has since 1999.
Coldwell Banker Commercial United, REALTORS® is currently made up of eight commercial specialists, including: Drew Babcock, Ed Garrison, Thirston Paddock, Benjamin Riddle, Scott Taylor, Curren Taylor, Thomas Walker, Sr. Trevor Woodlief, and Dustin Akers.
