COLUMBIA, SC – August 8, 2008 – Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® (CBUR), the number one real estate company franchise within Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, has named Tom Zostant, the South Carolina Region Field Trainer.
In this newly created role, Tom will be on-site in the branch offices conducting training on CBUR’s various tools and services, such as LeadRouter, ToolkitCMA and CBWorks. The South Carolina Region is the first in the CBUR franchise to have a full-time field trainer on staff.
Tom joined the North Carolina Region of CBUR, in the Charlotte office, two years ago on a part-time basis that later evolved into a full-time position. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing, as well as training. Prior to joining CBUR, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Management at Thomas Publishing before his brief retirement.
