Colliers announces the promotions of Elizabeth Spalding and Wilson Springs

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotions of Elizabeth Spalding and Wilson Springs with the firm’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team. Both are based in the firm’s Charleston office.

After completing an internship with Colliers and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate from the College of Charleston in December 2025, Spalding was promoted to Property Management Coordinator. In her new role, she supports property managers with the day-to-day administration, operation and maintenance of commercial office, retail and industrial properties.

Springs continues to build his career at Colliers with his promotion from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. He now oversees the operation and maintenance of office, retail and industrial properties in the Charleston area, including managing daily property performance, tenant relations and asset operations, while collaborating with leasing teams to support marketing efforts.

He began with Colliers’ REMS as an intern while attending the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
