Colliers announces the promotions of real estate management and accounting team members

Colliers | South Carolina announces the promotions of eight team members within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) and accounting departments, strengthening the company’s platform for its commercial real estate clients across South Carolina.

Gina Toney and Grant Butler have been promoted to Senior Property Managers in Columbia. In their new roles, they will lead and mentor a team of commercial property management professionals to support efficient operations and property value growth of office, retail and industrial properties.

Moody Mishal was promoted to Senior Property Accountant. He provides accurate, compliant and efficient reporting to landlords, investors and tenants for informed decision-making.

Chandler Messer was promoted to Property Manager. He will oversee day-to-day property operations, monitor financial performance, support tenant and client relationships, and help ensure a portfolio of managed properties in the Greenville-Spartanburg market continues to operate efficiently and at the highest standard.

Jordie White and Lauren Dodds were promoted to Assistant Property Managers in Columbia, working as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors of commercial properties. Assisting the Property Managers in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial properties throughout the Midlands.

Kat Waddell was promoted to Operations Specialist for South Carolina. She supports leadership administration, technology platform management, operational reporting, budget management and property management operations for the firm’s growing REMS portfolio throughout the state.

Joanna Switzer is advancing to Operations Coordinator for South Carolina, supporting operational excellence, process efficiency and quality control for the company’s statewide REMS division.
