Colliers brings 9007 Two Notch Road to full occupancy

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented the landlord, Lands Inn Inc. in the 2,400-square-foot lease to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry at 9007 Two Notch Road, bringing the building to full occupancy.
“When the previous dental tenant vacated the space less than a year into its term, Rox and I worked diligently to locate a quality replacement tenant,” said Gressette. “With Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry’s excellent reputation, we knew the practice would be the perfect tenant for this quality space.”
