Colliers brokers lease of 62,812-square-foot warehouse in West Columbia to Stroud Supply

Chuck Salley, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR of Colliers | South Carolina brokered the lease of an approximately 62,812-square-foot warehouse at 150 Queen Parkway in West Columbia, South Carolina to Stroud Supply. Colliers represented the property owner, Crown Point Properties, in the lease transaction.

Stroud Supply superstore carries building materials, including windows, doors, flooring, cabinets and millwork. It stocks a wide range of products, such as new construction and replacement windows, sliding glass doors, ready-to-assemble cabinets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs and various types of interior and exterior doors. In 2023, Stroud Supply expanded its presence with a second location in North Charleston. Stroud will use the 150 Queen Parkway location for manufacturing and office use while continuing to operate its retail store at 2702 Emanuel Church Road.

150 Queen Parkway is conveniently located near I-26, I-20 and I-77 and is central to the greater Columbia area and surrounding markets such as Charlotte, Charleston and Greenville.
