Colliers brokers sale of 5115 Forest Drive for Lexington Medical Center redevelopment

Crawford Prezioso of Colliers | South Carolina represented Forest Office Plaza, LLC in the sale of a ±9,600-square-foot multi-tenant office building located at 5115 Forest Drive to Lexington County Health Services (Lexington Medical Center).
In addition to 5115 Forest Drive, Lexington Medical has acquired adjacent properties located at 5143 and 5133 Forest Drive totaling 2.92 acres. The strategic acquisition of these properties allows Lexington Medical Center to embark on an exciting redevelopment project on the Forest Drive corridor. Plans are underway to construct a 20,000-square-foot facility that will serve as offices for a family practice provider and an OB-GYN practice.
