The area of Prosperity, SC has seen a steady increase in housing demand, driven by factors such as its idyllic location and affordable property prices. “This transaction was unique because it juggled the disposition of land in a multi-stage development,” said McCue, Senior Brokerage Associate on the land brokerage team in Colliers’ Columbia office. “The neighborhood consists of legacy homes built on lake-front lots, homes built on infill lots, developed lots without homes yet and raw land. We were able to source a purchaser who was interested in developing infill lots on the remaining undeveloped acreage while adhering to the original vision of the neighborhood.”
